The L540 Ecoline offers a 540 mm gripper opening, allowing it to engage logs with a splitting force of up to 14 tons. Its hydraulic system is optimized for low flow rates (25–60 l/min), facilitating seamless integration into a wide variety of base machines without compromising cycle speed. Thanks to its intelligent design, it requires very little force from the carrier machine to divide even the most resilient timber.

Pre-splitting with the L540 enables a natural wood seasoning process, significantly increasing biomass quality and its final energy yield.
