Large description

Engineering and Design: 360° Versatility and Safety.
The TB 630D features a standard 360° continuous rotation cab, allowing the operator to always face the work area without restrictions around the machine. A standout feature is the innovative Gull Wing design, where the engine compartment is fully shielded and physically separated from the hydraulics to prevent fire hazards. This design also provides an unparalleled service platform for easy maintenance access.

Performance and Traction:
Cummins Power.
Powered by a Cummins L9 Stage V engine, it delivers 350 HP and 1,151 lb-ft of torque, optimizing fuel efficiency and extending service intervals. The dedicated hydrostatic propulsion system and NAF axles (front bogie and single rear) ensure exceptional tractive effort and stability even when equipped with large-format harvester heads.

Control and Comfort:
High-Strength Cab.
Machine management is handled via the IQAN MD4 HD system with a 10″ touchscreen, offering real-time diagnostics and thermal protection. The ROPS/FOPS/OPS certified cab features 1.25″ (3.2 cm) polycarbonate front glass and a high-intensity LED lighting package to guarantee safety and productivity during night shifts or in low-visibility conditions.

Fleet Compatibility:
The TimberPro TB 630D is the most robust wheeled platform on the market, compatible with:

  • Heavy-Duty Attachments: The only machine in its class capable of handling heavy heads such as the Log Max 9000 or Quadco disc saws.
  • Boom Configuration: Equipped as standard with a 7.72 m (25′ 4″) forwarder-style boom without extension.
  • Leveling Options: Optional 22-degree front frame leveling for enhanced stability on slopes.

FAQ – TimberPro TB 630D

1. Why choose a wheeled machine over a tracked one? The TB 630D is ideal for operations where timber is scattered or where rapid mobility between job sites is required. It offers higher travel speeds without sacrificing the capacity to carry heavy-duty attachments.

2. Is it possible to work on steep terrain?
Yes, this model offers an optional 22° front frame leveling system, allowing the machine to maintain stability and operator comfort on significant slopes.

3. How does the Gull Wing design prevent forest fires?
The design physically isolates the engine compartment from hydraulic components. This drastically reduces the risk of hydraulic oil leaks coming into contact with hot engine surfaces.

4. What visibility does it offer for timber processing?
The cab features oversized windows for increased visibility, and the continuous 360° rotation allows the operator to always stay squared to the work, eliminating dangerous blind spots.

5. What maintenance does the after-treatment system require?
By utilizing the Cummins Single-Module™ DOC/DPF/SCR system, maintenance intervals are extended while complying with Stage V regulations with maximum fuel efficiency.
