At the heart of this head is its saw unit featuring a tilting frame and active suspension. This system prevents the saw bar from bending under unforeseen lateral stress, drastically reducing downtime due to breakage. It includes an automatic chain tensioner that ensures the chain always maintains the correct tension, preventing interruptions during the workflow.

Safety and Visibility: Grease Lubrication and Continuous Rotation
Unlike conventional systems, the CS610 uses grease lubrication for the chain. This eliminates the annoying oil mist that soils the cabin windshield, improving visibility and operator safety while being more cost-effective and durable. Equipped with the Tiltator system, the head features 360° continuous rotation, allowing the operator to approach the tree from any angle with total control.
