“Four Arms Up” & Stability The Quadco SC series distinguishes itself with engineering focused on massive accumulation. The 22SC incorporates the “Four Arms Up” design, allowing for the secure holding of multiple stems with exceptional safety. Its structure features an extended tower that provides superior leverage, facilitating the handling and directional control of tall, heavy trees without compromising the base machine’s stability. Additionally, it includes a heavy-duty timing bar to ensure the durability of the arm system.

Feeding & Performance:
Accumulation Speed Efficiency is the core of the 22SC. The arm system uses one cylinder per set, simplifying the hydraulics and allowing for faster opening and closing cycles for rapid accumulation (bunching). The head is equipped with a 22-tooth disc operating at a rated speed of 1,200 rpm, ensuring an aggressive and clean cut even in hardwoods.

Capacity & Versatility
This head is a workhorse for its size. It offers an impressive accumulation area of 0.51 m² on the disc, allowing for the processing of large volumes of wood in every move. With a maximum throat opening of 1,181 mm, the 22SC is ideal for working with a variety of wood types, being perfect for medium-sized logs and variable densities (“eastern logs”).
