Specifically designed for telehandler operations (certified for brands such as Magni, Dieci, and Manitou), it features a KTL (cathodic dip-priming) treatment and powder coating to withstand corrosion in humid environments.

At the heart of this head is its saw unit featuring a tilting frame and active suspension. This system allows the saw box to yield under mechanical stress, preventing the saw bar from bending or breaking during the cutting process. It incorporates an automatic chain tensioner that maintains constant, perfect tension, eliminating interruptions caused by the chain jumping off, even after hours of intensive operation.

Safety and Visibility: High-Efficiency Grease Lubrication.
To optimize work at height, the CS750 smart utilizes grease lubrication for the chain instead of oil. This eliminates the oil mist that typically clouds the telehandler’s windshield, ensuring perfect visibility for the operator. The grease adheres to the chain longer, resulting in a more economical, durable, and environmentally friendly system.

2. Is saw bar bending common in this model? No. Thanks to its tilting frame with active suspension, the saw unit absorbs the movements of the tree or the machine, protecting the bar against accidental deformation or breakage.  

3. Why is grease lubrication used instead of oil? Since this equipment often works at great heights, oil would generate a mist that soils the cabin windshield. Grease stays on the chain, is more cost-effective, and guarantees a clear, safe view for the operator.
