Equipped standard with the Multigrip controller, the C300 offers perfect hydraulic synchronization between the gripper and the cutting unit. Additionally, it features cylinders with end-position damping and the Autospeed option, which accelerates the cutting cycle in smaller timber to maximize on-site productivity.

1. What is the Multigrip system included with the C300? It is an intelligent hydraulic block that synchronizes the gripper and the blade. During the cut, the gripper closes first to secure the trunk, and upon release, the blade opens first, ensuring safe handling at all times.  

2. Can it be used to collect multiple stems at once? Yes, the Woodcracker C300 offers an optional collector (QC). This accessory is ideal for fast-paced work in smaller timber or biomass, allowing the operator to group material before depositing it.

3. What maintenance does the blade require? The blade is made of high-strength steel with low wear. It is designed to be easily resharpened and, thanks to its patented fastening system, can be quickly replaced from the bottom, minimizing downtime.

4. Can I easily install it on my current excavator? Absolutely. Its “Plug & Play” design requires only 5 hydraulic couplings for all functions, including rotation options. This allows for simple and direct mounting on any standard excavator.

5. Is it suitable for safety felling near roads? This is one of its primary applications. By allowing the tree to be removed vertically while maintaining a firm grip, it is the ideal tool for roadside maintenance and felling in areas where free-falling logs are not permitted.
