Large description

Design and Integral Protection
“Exclusive Forestry Design.” The TR series is the result of over two decades of field experience, manufactured to meet the strictest forestry regulations. The TR 190 stands out for its reinforced safety, featuring a certified ROPS/FOPS structure and OPS-certified polycarbonate windows as standard. Every vital component is armored: it includes HD (Heavy Duty) protection for the slew ring, travel motors, cylinders, and the entire upper structure. Additionally, the bodywork is designed for easy access, streamlining daily maintenance tasks.

Power and Hydraulic Performance
Under the hood, the TR 190 is powered by a 190 HP Cummins B6.7 engine. Its customized hydraulic system is built for non-stop operation, delivering a high-flow line of 534 l/min at 350 bar. An auxiliary hydraulic oil cooler is included as standard, ensuring that demanding attachments—such as processor heads, disc fellers, or forestry mulchers—operate at peak performance without downtime caused by overheating.

Stability and Maneuverability
With an operating weight starting at 23,200 kg and a width of 2,990 mm, the TR 190 offers exceptional stability with very low ground pressure (0.41 to 0.53 kg/cm²). Its 5,680 mm monoblock boom and 2,920 mm arm (stick) provide the necessary reach for felling operations while maintaining high lifting capacity.

Fleet Compatibility
Thanks to its powerful hydraulic system and optional quick coupler, the FPM TR 190 is a versatile platform compatible with a wide range of professional attachments.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. What is the difference between the TR 190 and the TR 190 N? The main difference lies in the dimensions and the engine. The standard TR 190 is wider (2,990 mm) and features a 6-cylinder Cummins B6.7 engine. The TR 190 N (Narrow) is more compact (with a minimum width of 2,550 mm) and utilizes a Cummins B4.5 engine, though both deliver 190 HP.

2. Is it safe to work with the FPM TR 190 on slopes or difficult terrain? Yes, safety is our priority. It comes equipped with a ROPS/FOPS structure, a front emergency exit, and OPS polycarbonate glazing. Furthermore, its chassis and track design provide excellent stability and traction in uneven terrain.

3. What maintenance does the cooling system require? The machine is designed for easy maintenance. It can be optionally equipped with a Cleanfix reversible fan to automatically keep the radiators clear of dust and debris, which is ideal for high-residue environments.

4. Can I install a disc feller head on this machine? Absolutely. The TR 190 provides the necessary power and flow (534 l/min) to operate high-performance disc fellers like the Quadco 20SCv.

5. Where are these machines manufactured and who provides support? FPM (Forest Pioneer Machines) designs these machines based on local forestry expertise. We offer full technical support, spare parts, and specialized after-sales service.
