LOGSET + GREENALIA
MOBILE BIOMASS BALING
The Challenge
To supply its biomass plant in Galicia by collecting 400,000 tons annually, Greenalia required maximum baling speed directly on-site.
The Solution
We co-designed (alongside TECMAF, Logset, and Monra) a fleet of Logset 6F GT Bundler XTR280 forwarders equipped with Monra ENFO-2000 balers.
- Engine upgraded to 250 HP
- Special 210-liter hydraulic pump
- Up to 1 bale per minute (200-250 per day).
LOGSET + AVORIAZ
WASTE LOGISTICS IN SNOW
The Challenge
The Alpine ski resort of Avoriaz needed to manage waste collection in extreme snow conditions and steep slopes.
The Solution
We completely transformed a heavy-duty Logset 12F GT forwarder into an all-terrain garbage truck.
- Radical adaptation of our forestry equipment.
- Total traction and extreme robustness.
- Integrated compaction.
FPM + TRIM380
PROPRIETARY FORESTRY DESIGN
The Challenge
Mass-harvesting biomass in confined spaces without damaging sensitive soils.
The Solution
We integrated the TRIM 380 continuous rotation felling head into our FPM TR 130 SR short-radius forestry excavator.
- Total agility with very low ground pressure.
- Performance: Fells diameters up to 380 mm.
- Ground-level stumps: Leaves stumps at only 75 mm.
POWERPACK+ FAE
LONG-REACH EXCAVATOR FOR MULCHING
The Challenge
Conventional long-reach excavators often lack the hydraulic flow necessary to power heavy attachments.
The Solution
Our custom units provide independent auxiliary power, allowing the long arm to perform at 100% capacity.
- For excavators from 1.5 to 36 Tons.
- +60 attachment models available for the base machine.
- Customized hydraulic flow.
