Shipping and Returns

1. Delivery area

We ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, and Italy.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any other international destination, please contact us in advance to assess feasibility, costs, and delivery times.

2. Delivery times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Mainland Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, and Italy: between 48 and 72 hours.
  • Other destinations: depending on the location.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address registered in the account and specified at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping costs

Standard shipping to mainland Spain: shipping costs included for purchases over €100, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

For other countries (Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy), shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

4. Price

Applicable prices are those shown on the website on the date of the order. Prices listed for each product do not include taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other applicable fees. VAT in force at the time of purchase will be applied.

Shipping costs will be shown separately at the time of order before payment.

Forest Pioneer reserves the right to make modifications at any time, updating products and prices daily as needed according to new developments.

  1. Order tracking

You will be able to track the order status from your account. Once your order has been shipped, the platform will notify the change of status.

  1. Payment

Payment must be made at the end of the purchase process and is a mandatory condition to formalize the order. The shipment of the goods will be managed after full payment has been received.

If a deferred payment method is selected, such as bank transfer, Forest Pioneer will wait for effective confirmation of payment before proceeding with the shipment. The confirmation period may vary depending on the bank and the country from which the operation is made, which is beyond our control.

Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

  1. Failed deliveries

In case of absence at the time of delivery and if it is not possible to deliver the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional costs may apply.

  1. Inspection upon receipt

We recommend checking the package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage or anomalies, please note them on the carrier’s delivery note and notify us within 24 hours.

  1. Incidents and delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us at info@forestpioneer.com. We will investigate the situation with the carrier to provide you with a response as soon as possible.

Forest Pioneer is not responsible for possible delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier. Some agencies may have limitations in covering certain geographic areas, so we appreciate any feedback that helps us evaluate and select the most appropriate carrier for your location.

  1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To do so, you only need to notify us in writing by sending an email to info@forestpioneer.com, indicating the necessary information to locate your order. Once we receive your message, we will reply by email detailing the procedure to follow.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the 14-day period from the receipt of the order has expired.

If the return is due to an error on the part of Forest Pioneer (defective product or a product different from the one ordered), we will take care of collecting the product and covering all costs associated with the return or exchange.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not attributable to Forest Pioneer (e.g., wrong size or color, error when placing the order), the customer must return the products in perfect condition, without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving them. In such cases, Forest Pioneer will refund the value of the product, excluding shipping costs, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to return the order, and will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Forest Pioneer reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

  1. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Spain.

For the resolution of any dispute or claim arising from the interpretation, performance, or execution of these conditions, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Irun, Gipuzkoa, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
